Charmaine Wilkerson, co-owner of And Here's Lilly Event
Management, was asked by the Presidential Inaugural Committee to
assist in the logistics of the California Ball for the
Inauguration of President Bush on January 20, 2001. As
part of the coordinating team, Charmaine organized volunteers in
assisting towards the smooth flow of the evening at the Ronald
Reagan Building in Washington, DC. for over 3,000 guests.
The service and flow of the "Green Room" for MCs
Marie Osmond and Meatloaf were part of her duties. She
also provided proper instruction to the volunteer staff to
ensure proper information for guest inquiries. more...

 And
Here's Lilly, a mother-daughter owned business, was contracted by Pacific
Bell to manage all of their private events in Los Angeles which
were hosted by the parent company SBC. The
mother-daughter duo had to manage thirteen SBC state
delegations, each having several of their own parties. Although
managing political events such as the two inaugurals of President
Clinton and the opening of the Reagan Library with all five Presidents
is nothing new to them, this is what
they experienced during the DNC:

in Los Angeles where Vice-President Al Gore was the guest speaker".

During his visit from England, Liliana & Charmaine produced a
"royal" event attended by the highest leaders and powers in Los Angeles.
